The main working principle is that the driving device drives the entire screen frame to perform reciprocating motion, causing the material to continuously roll and jump in the gaps between the bars. Due to the parallel installation of the bars, this movement can effectively stratify materials of different particle sizes: smaller particles fall through the gaps between the bars, while larger particles remain on the screen surface and continue to move forward until they are discharged from the outlet.


2. Working principle of Finger Screen

When the Finger Screen is working, the excitation force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the screen surface inside the screen box through the screen box.
