What is Circular Vibrating Screen?

Circular vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. It takes 3-5 minutes to quickly change the screen and has a fully enclosed structure, suitable for particle, powder, and filtration. The rotary vibrating screen is driven by an upright motor as the excitation source. Eccentric hammers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor's rotational motion into horizontal and vertical motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends can change the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface.

Circular vibrating screen works by utilizing the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by oscillator excitation. The upper rotating weight of the oscillator produces a planar rotational vibration on the screen surface, while the lower rotating weight produces a conical rotational vibration on the screen surface. The combined effect of these forces causes the screen surface to produce a complex rotational vibration. Its vibration trajectory is a complex spatial curve. The curve is projected as a circle in the horizontal plane and an ellipse in the vertical plane. Adjusting the excitation force of the up and down rotating heavy hammer can change the amplitude. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower hammers, the curve shape of the sieve surface motion trajectory can be changed and the motion trajectory of the material on the sieve surface can be altered.

How to choose Circular Vibrating Screen?

1. When selecting a vibrating screen, the shape, moisture, clay content, etc. of the screened material should be considered. Appropriate materials can improve the production efficiency of the vibrating screen.

2. Consider the screen area, movement mode, vibration frequency and other factors of the vibrating screen. For example, when the moving sieve sieves particles, the particles can vibrate on the sieve surface in a direction close to the vertical sieve hole. The vibration frequency is high and the sieving effect is better.

3. The vibrating screen capacity should be compatible with related equipment. If the production capacity is too rich, capital investment will be wasted. Overload operation will cause wear and tear and reduce production capacity.

4. According to different screening purposes, it needs to choose different vibrating screen type, such as pre-screening material can choose circular vibrating screen; The classification and screening of materials after crushing can use large vibrating screen; Linear vibrating screen can be used to dehydrate the material.

Working principle

Vibration screen is a common solid material screening equipment, and its working principle is mainly based on the action of vibration force. The following is a detailed analysis of the working principle of the vibrating screen:

1. Generation of vibration force

Vibration motor: The vibrating screen is equipped with one or more vibration motors that generate vibration force through rotational motion. Vibration motors are usually installed on one side of the screen box, generating centrifugal force through the rotation of eccentric blocks, which is then converted into vibration force.

2. Transmission of vibration force

Transmission to the sieve box and screen: The vibration force generated by the vibration motor is transmitted to the sieve box through the spring or vibration system connecting the sieve box and the vibration motor. The sieve box vibrates accordingly, while the sieve mesh vibrates due to the transmission of vibration force. This vibration produces a certain amplitude and frequency on the sieve, thereby achieving the screening of materials.

3. Screening process of materials

Material entering the screening box: The material enters the screening box from the feeding port, usually located at the upper part of the screening box.
