C. Working principle of Trommel Screen structure:

The Trommel Screen mainly consists of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, a sealing cover, and an inlet and outlet. The drum device is installed on the frame at an angle. b. All equipment mechanisms are not allowed to set up other objects to avoid affecting the strength and rigidity of the equipment;

c. After installation, the installation tools should be removed, and no foreign matter should be left inside and outside the screen drum;

d. All fasteners of the equipment should be tightened firmly and reliably without looseness. After proper installation and adjustment, the no-load test can be carried out after further confirmation.


2. No-load test

a. No abnormal noise;

b. After continuous operation for 2 hours, the bearing temperature rise does not exceed 70℃;

c. After confirming that there is no abnormality in the no-load test, the load test can be carried out.


3. Load test

a. The equipment should be started first, and then loaded evenly until it is running normally until it is fully loaded;

b. The equipment should not have excessive or significant impact sounds;

c. The equipment should run continuously for 8 hours, and the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 70℃;

d. Stop feeding before stopping, and stop only after the material in the screen drum is completely discharged;

e. It can be put into production when the above conditions are met;

f. It is strictly forbidden to make adjustments when the equipment is running.

E. Trommel Screen failure analysis

a. Pay attention to it frequently and do a good job of lubricating all parts of the equipment in time. Ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life of the equipment;

b. The grease used in this machine is calcium-based grease;

c. All parts that need lubrication are filled with grease before the machine leaves the factory. The user determines the lubrication cycle according to the specific working conditions. There are two lubrication parts on the equipment body, on the bearing seat at the head and tail;

d. The equipment should be lubricated after stopping, and the motor and reducer should be in accordance with their instructions;

e. It is strictly forbidden to make adjustments when the equipment is running.

F. Maintenance and management of Trommel Screen

a. The equipment should be managed by a dedicated person;

b. The maintenance and repair of the equipment must be carried out after parking. It is strictly forbidden to carry out maintenance and repair when the equipment is running;

c. Equipment management, maintenance personnel should frequently inspect the operation of the equipment, for example: whether the fasteners are reliable and whether the rotating parts are flexible. Equipment dirt must be cleaned after the shift
