After the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface flips and rolls, causing qualified materials (undersized products) to be discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and unqualified materials (undersized products) to be discharged through the discharge port at the tail end of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of materials inside the drum, materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected to prevent blockage of the sieve holes.

5. In order to improve the sorting accuracy and avoid the situation where small particles are screened out in large aperture screens, the garbage must undergo sufficient flipping in the Trommel Screen, and the speed of garbage movement cannot be too fast. Usually, a scraper plate is installed on the inner wall of the drum to lift the garbage particles, so that garbage particles of different sizes have as much chance as possible to contact the sieve holes. If they meet the requirements of the aperture, the particles can pass through the sieve, achieving the purpose of Trommel Screen sorting.
