D. Working principle of gyratory crusher

The rotary crusher is mainly composed of a crossbeam part, upper, middle, and lower frame parts, a moving cone part, an eccentric sleeve part, a transmission part, and a hydraulic cylinder part. When the equipment is working, the electric motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gears. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to make circular oscillations, thereby achieving continuous squeezing and crushing of stones. The size of the ore discharge port can be changed by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, which facilitates the adjustment of product particle size; At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically cause the moving cone to fall and release the object, protecting the crushing chamber.
